Applications in the prescribed format are invited from the eligible candidates for recruitment of Assistant Professors in the following subjects under OUAT.
In the event of non-availability or availability of insufficient number of eligible women candidates belonging to any particular community, the vacancies shall be filled up by the male candidates of that community.
The prescribed application form, information sheet containing the details of qualification, experience, scale of pay and other required conditions in respect of each post, general information and instruction to the candidate can be downloaded from University website: ouat.nic.in.
The application form complete in all respect along with self attested copies of all certificates, mark sheets of all examination passed, if any, and research publications should be sent to the Registrar, OUAT, Bhubaneswar-751003, Odisha under Speed post / Registered post so as to reach on or before 5.00 P.M of 17.10.2022.
Application received after due date and time shall not be entertained. The University shall not be held responsible for any loss or delay in postal transaction. Incomplete application shall be summarily rejected and no correspondence on that matter shall be entertained. The envelop containing their application should be superscribed “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF __________________________” along with advertisement No. and date. Candidates are advised to submit the separate application for separate post as per their qualification.
Fees of the application and mode of payment:
The candidates are required to deposit a non-refundable application fee of Rs.700/- (Rupees Seven hundred) only in favour of Comptroller, OUAT, Bhubaneswar-751003, Odisha.
The application fees shall be deposited directly through Green Channel Counter (GCC) / Internet Banking / Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) in the account number of the Comptroller, OUAT (A/C No. 10173711536, State Bank of India, OUAT Campus Branch, Bhubaneswar, Branch Code: 03341, Indian Financial System Code (IFSC Code): No.SBIN0003341. In support of document regarding deposit, the candidate should attach dully signed photocopy of the deposit receipt alongwith the application form. Other mode of payment for application fee shall not be considered.
