INSTRUCTIONS
- You may upload the clear scanned copy of your adhar card, Higher Qualification certificate, IP document(patent..),legal entity registration certificate, start-up recognition certificate (up to 10 mb each)
- You may upload the clear image/video/flow diagram/sketch (up to 90mb each) of your idea/service or send it by mail to - icarnrrivikasrabi@gmail.com with your name, innovation name and mobile number
